... I woke up and felt the massager ramming into my prostate with a lot of involuntary contractions, it almost caused a hands free O. Any advice on how to get a hands free O at the route I’m going?
It sounds to me like you did in fact have a HFO, albeit a low level one. You might find reading the thread What's an Orgasm? helpful here. It would also help to ascertain what you mean by a "...hands free O...", here on the forum we make a distinction between dry and 'wet' orgasms. A dry-O is usually simply labeled a HFO, while a 'wet'-O (ejaculatory) is labeled a HFWO. A spontaneously induced prostate milking resulting in an emission of semen is not necessarily an orgasm as involuntary contractions may not be involved.
There have been a number of threads which discuss the issues of creating HFO's and here are a few for you to read -> How to avoid ejaculation?, How to avoid handsfree wet orgasms , Avoiding ejaculation during orgasm? , Hands free ejaculation being an obstacle & Cumming while lying face down.
We also have had discussions about ways to induce HFWO's such as in these threads -> Just can't achieve a "hands free" orgasm, Finally a hands-free orgasm! & Achieving hands-free ejaculation...continued. I can't recall any discussions about methods to avoid spontaneous prostate milking.
It seems to me you should just continue on the path you are exploring and allow your body to lead you with its whispered hints about the direction to proceed, the orgasms will come in time, but you can't force them to occur.

... I’m actually new to the whole aneros thing so excuse my hands free O comment,
No problem, have you read my Introductory Message to New Members?
... I just let me body take control and expect nothing which has so far worked not even a day of owning this.
Excellent !

I'm confused, what happened to the original first post? And it looks like there was a reply in the middle. I glanced at it earlier today before @rumel replied and made a mental note to come back to it later but now it's gone. Is it just me having this issue?
@somebody yeah I don’t know what happened to it, I think I meant to edit the original post but I think it somehow got deleted when I did so, strange. Sorry about that. I’ll have to make a new post about it

No worries. As long as you got your question answered.
@rumel well for once I had a session today and I didn’t really get any feelings out of it, like you said in time the orgasms will come, can’t force them.
@rumel how often should one wait to have anthor great session? I’ve been having one every night and I have not gotten much pleasure except on Saturday since then, maybe I should wait a few days?

@train-man-anthony, I don't believe there is any fixed period of time or formula one ..."should"... wait between Anerosessions. Rather, I think it is a matter of monitoring your own level of arousal and acting when that arousal rises above the threshold you have identified as conducive to an Anerosession. Our bodies have their own internal timing rhythms which don't necessarily align with our day to day life schedules, so we often miss opportunities to exploit these arousal cycle peaks. Coincidentally, holding daily sessions in hopes of catching one of those cycle peaks may be a fool's pursuit, leading to disappointment and/or frustration. Be that as it may, I think developing your ability to focus on and build your arousal is essential to successful Anerosessions, not necessarily a fixed time period between them.
For some men (especially younger men) the frequency of their suitable arousal peaks might be a matter of hours, for older men it could be days even weeks. It is all quite variable but it boils down to you identifying your own arousal patterns/cycles and only having sessions when your arousal is high.
You may want to read these threads related to the arousal topic -> Are you "aroused"?, Aneros, Arousal & Abstinence/Semen Retention & 21 day challenge post. As an experiment, if you haven't already tried it, I'd recommend you wait 7 days from the time of your last ejaculation to have an Anerosession, just to see where your arousal level is at that point, you may be pleasantly surprised how aroused and energetic you feel.
