Of all my Aneros the Helix is my favorite. However, I find that the p-tab tends to slip and want to go to one side or the other of my perineum and therefore does not exert pressure where it should. I have not had that problem with my Eupho or maximus. I make sure that the perineum is dry of any lube. It seems as though the more aroused I get the perineum tends to protrude out and causes the p-tab to slip to one side. That is very frustrating in the middle of a session or especially if I am having sex.

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!!!

I noticed the same thing, so I added a cap to the p-tab. The cap is from the auto parts store - a 3/8" vacuum hose cap slips over the p-tab nicely, and seems to provide a nice anchor point, IMO. The nice thing about this mod, is that it does not permanently alter your Helix, since the cap can be easily removed. I bought a packet of 4 caps for around 2 bucks.

I feel like I am having the same issue with my mgx. I have been lubing up the perineum as I thought the tab was supposed to move about? The perineum is very rounded and I don't see how such a narrow tab is to stay in place? should I not be applying lube there?

The perineum should be dry. The p-tab is supposed to act as an anchor and pivot point for the device, so it can rock up and massage your prostate.
