I hope this gets thru. This my first post. The helix is all everybody says. I have used it while out shopping, and found that it helps, stops road rage. All I do is a couple of butt clenches and look over at the other person and know I'm having a much better time!!!! Also in a ceckout line I can have fun that makes the time go by faster. I really hate to remove it, but I really don't want to over do it. If anyboby can let me know the lenght of usage I would like it. 🙂
