It's design reminds me of the Tempo, and functions pretty much the same way. You're supposed to stand while you use it, and flex to keep it from slipping out. The price is steep, though, compared to the Tempo, and I'm wondering which is the better deal. It's got interchangeable weights, but I don't know if that's worth the extra sixty bucks.
Haven't seen that one before. It seems to me that Aneros gives my prostate and entire pelvic floor a pretty good workout. And the complex of muscles are exercised in a way that's quite "organic" - meaning, that the workout is an entirely natural and fundamental movement, rather than a kind of isolated and artificial movement. Rather how squats are v. some leg extension nautilus machine. Not sure if that applies to this device or not.
I mean, since the point of this thing apparently is to be able to hold it in while standing up, it's also useful as a metric for how toned these muscles are. If it doesn't slip out while you're relaxed, then you're gold. There's got to be a less-expensive thing out there, though.
I would invest in something like an Njoy Pfun, which is a heavy stainless steel prostate massager. You can use it to do Kegels as well as enjoy the pleasure of a massager! And it costs less!
Do you know, I had one, but it kept turning around 180* inside. I don't know how it managed it, but it was irritating and I got rid of it.
