I've been using my Aneros for about a year and a half now. I don't think I've ever had any kind of orgasm but some fairly pleasurable feelings. Lately they seem to be intensifying, which is great. 🙂

A couple of times though (maybe 4/10 of my last sessions) I get this very strong almost pleasurable feeling in my chest. It's very intense and in a very small area of the lower part of my chest. The medical name for it is xiphoid process (i had to google that!) At first I found it uncomfortable and it kind of ruined my sessions but the last couple of times it's happened it's been quite nice and I've enjoyed it while it was there but it always fades after 15 minutes or so. Weird! I never get this feeling anywhere else in my body. It's by far the most intense feeling that the Aneros has brought out of me.

It's around here. The area that's marked is pretty much the only area where I feel this sensation.

Welcome nothing1234567!!

Awakening one's prostate gland opens up many levels of orgasmic energies, including into areas that can seem outside the expected range of sexual orgasm sensations. The area you indicate in the diagram (and thank you for being so precise!) is the sternum where a lot of muscles and nerves are structurally connected. It can be the focus for many sensations associated with both heart and gastrointestinal system issues.

From the pleasure experiences point of view, it is also a focal point at times for p-waves, one of the foundational general energies we can experience as very different orgasmic energies sensations and effects.
There are many other complementary practices that focus on these energies, and a number of us here use Key Sound Multiple Orgasms (KSMO) http://www.multiples.com/orgasmforum at add to our Male Multiple Orgasms (dry) (MMO) abilities and Aneros practice. Orgasmic pleasure energies centred where you indicate are often at KSMO associated with Heartgasms: a loving energies "exhale" outward to a friend.

The Taoist spectrum of these energies we may awaken here include Jing(semen-focused, life essence, sexual)>>>Qi/Chi(life-force, martial arts, vitality orgasmic)>>>Shen(spiritual orgasms, Calm Seas Still Body Super-Os floating bliss, through-the-body travel, universal union, encountering the pressence, and beyond...)

So, nothing1234567, there are more than seven possibilities beyond "nothing" for your contemplation and delectation as you let your body/mind whisper to you about just what this early stage focused joy may be hinting to you!!!

all the most innocent and joyful patient openings to this astounding range of ecstatic orgasmic energies all

Artform and anyone else interested! Here's a great video clip I found that reiterates some of our convo on the KSMO site tonight. http://www.eroticmassage.com/video_library/clip/302?destination=free_resources%2Fnew_school_video%3Fpage%3D1

Great Neuro!! Thanks!! That is a very good explanation of the nerve systems firing and the steps up in certain timeframes indeed. There are further complementary systems also at work here as well. HHHmmmmmmmmmm~~~~~
