usually i am a big fan of the "do nothing" approach, but in my most of recent sessions i have found that when i am in the zone starting to use some hard contractions really sets me off usually using the progasm is this something any other persons has experienced? usually i dont use any contractions at all and had some success and really good feelings but not yet the super o i believe
