Handsfree ejaculation and wet dream (worried)

Topic starter

I know that I already have a topic running, but it has become more of a blog. So, I decided to post this topic to ask a few questions to clear a few things up for myself and decide what to do next.

To get straight to the point, I had a handsfree Aless Super T (ejaculation) sunday morning and got a bit worried. I didn't want and I still don't want to get handsfree ejaculations often, because I don't want it to impede nu ability to get Super O's, but I don't also want to lose my energie (ejaculation drains the body of energy). Because I used the aneros for two weeks practically every day, I decided to take a break, but still have Aless sessions everyday. It was going great until last night, where I got a wet dream, which got me worried again. The reason why I'm especially worried is that I haven't had a wet dream in years. Even if, before getting my breakthroughs these last couple of weeks, I didn't ejaculate for a couple a weeks I wouldn't get a wet dream. Now I got two handsfree ejaculations in 3 days time.

I feel that my body has changed because of the many breakthroughs I've had the last couple of weeks (Aless Super O's, Super O's with the aneros and much more), but the handsfree ejaculation thing is the only thing that worries me.

Maybe it's my body telling me to slow down? Maybe my arousal level has gone up structurally and because of that my body needs to release more by ejaculating? Maybe during sessions I focus to much on my penis? Maybe my arousal level has structurally increased and ejaculating more often doesn't effect my arousal that much anymore and my ability to get Super O's (eventhough I have really started my journey a few weeks ago)? Maybe I should also take a break of my Aless sessions?

What would also like to know is if you have ever handsfree ejaculated Aless? Hoe many times? Do you sometimes ejaculate during or after aneros or Aless sessions? How many times a week or month?

To me, the fact you worry means your mind (at least) needs a slow down.

Keep going at that pace and you might worry more and more. These quick changes (and huge changes) take time to digest and integrate in your daily life on the long run. Take your time.

My advice would be to try and stop obsessing about it (like you obviously do... No offense, I was the same). Don't schedule anything. Let your body guide you for some time. Let it ask and have what it wants without the mind trying to help or interfere, Stop hypnosis, focusing and all... Even relaxing. Just let the body drive. If it wants a superO to occur it will happen, just let it be. If it only wants some orgasmic energy rise from time to time, it will get that. You don't even have to pay attention to it. Relax your will. Get used to the new paradigm, your new body with its new rules. The rest will come back soon enough. No hurry.
