Gym machines that can induce dryO

I've found that several gym machines can induce dryO quite easily,
which makes working out at the gym so much fun!

The following ones are my favorites.

1. Seated Leg Curl
This one almost guarantees several dryO between sets for me.

2. Seated Leg Press
Not as easy to get dryO compared to the Seated Leg Curl,
but it works the leg and butt muscles quite well which helps to intensify Aneros sessions.

3. Abdominal
Heavy weight is required to induce muscle spasm deep in the abdomen and pelvic region,
which feels different from the dryO induced by Seated Leg Curl/Press, but also very pleasurable.

Does anyone have similar experience / result?

I don't go to a gym. I have tried doing parts of my home workout with Eupho, PGjr and Helix and have, at the best a few nice little twinges. I do:
1. Stair climbing (40 stories--up and down)
2. Pull up wannabees. I have yet (!) to be able to do a real pull up [working on it]. I do a series of semi-pullups, including jumping up and trying to slow my descent, a pullup with my legs on a chair in front.
3. I have an "Ab-Slide", a sort of spring loaded wheeling device with handlebars. I do 300 reps. This is done on all fours and I can either try to go almost flat forward, or wheel the device in front, only leaning over. I had the greatest hopes for this device, given the motions (back and forth on all fours). Only a twinge. but I'm hopeful. Maybe it requires a different sort of re-wiring
4. Elliptical bike. Nothing out of this, though I have tried breathing and moving the device while using it.
I would really like to get to the point where I at least get some pleasuring....
We'll see.

If you do a forward grip pullup and dangle while not letting yourself drop all the way down, and try to hold it, that tremoring will give what must be a prostate orgasm (did this as a child on pull up bars and climbing ropes/poles)

Be careful if you are lifting weights and you get an orgasm, you might drop the weight on yourself when you lose it!

When I was in College (early 80's), we had to do a physical evaluation exercise, like @handsfree59 describes, a forward grip pullup and dangle. After about 30-40 seconds, I could still hold but my legs started shaking and I ended up orgasming felt I was cumming... and I was. I felt uncomfortable as my shorts were now wet, so I left the class, went to the washroom and cleaned up.

I also remember in my innocent, naive prepubescent years (I must have been around 10-11 years old), once in a while, with friends, we would climb poles and "got a lot of pleasure" out of it, like 3-4 times in 15 minutes. We were ignorant of what that pleasure was but it felt good. It is only after I grew up that I realized that these were dry-O's, we were just too young to ejaculate at that age.
