Hello, everybody. I've recently started my journey down the Aneros path, and I've made remarkable progress. Tomorrow marks two weeks since acquiring my Progasm, and my Helix came a few days after. I consider myself very fortunate to have crossed off most of the milestones in such a short time. I had my first orgasm after five days, and it completely changed my world. Shortly after that, I was able to achieve an orgasm not just with my Helix, but also with my Progasm.

It was three days after my first orgasm that I had my first super-o with my Progasm. I have not been able to keep this thing out of my butt, and have spent several hours a day working on my techniques and enjoying immense pleasure. The first few days after I discovered orgasm, I couldn't help myself. I had a few 8-12 hour sessions, and several more 4-6 hour ones. I know this is excessive, but I honestly couldn't resist.

That being said, while I have not experienced any pain or discomfort, my pleasure seems to have dropped off a bit in the last few days. I began taking fish oil (but have stopped), and initially suspected that to be the cause of my difficulty reaching orgasm. After stopping the fish oil, I went another two days without being able to orgasm.

I was finally able to orgasm again this morning, but there wasn't really any pleasure. There was the feeling of going over the edge, and then the muscle contractions. It felt like what should have been an absolutely mind-bending orgasm, but it was missing the huge spike of pleasure that should have accompanied it. I don't know if that makes sense, but I'm sure you know what I'm talking about. Everything was there except for the other-worldly pleasure.

I have read in another thread that it could be due to muscle fatigue, but I have not been able to find much else about it. While I'm not feeling any pain or discomfort, is it possible that I've just exhausted my muscles down there? I'm planning on taking a break of three days of no ejaculation or Anerosing until Friday afternoon. I feel like I've been teased with what's possible, only to have it taken away from me. I hope that it's just a temporary thing, and I would like to know if anyone else has experienced this.

For the record, I don't drink alcohol or regularly eat any of the foods that I've read can inhibit orgasm. My problem today wasn't reaching the orgasm, it was actually feeling it. Thanks for reading this.

yup overuse and maybe certain expectations. You were expecting a mind blowing orgasm. Take a few days off and drop the expectation of having orgasms everytime and you should be fine. Welcome and dont be a stranger 😉

I think you have done a good job of diagnosing your problem - overuse. You probably need some time away. Happy journey

Agree completely! 8-12 hour sessions is more than I would ever recommend...for the following reason...

Arousal is a combination of desire and anticipation! If I'm accurate, then teasing yourself by withholding or delaying your session could make it a better experience!

Too much of a good thing, even Prostate orgasms, is not going to allow you to savor them over the long term!

Remember, it's a journey...suggesting we take a longer term view of what we get from this experience!

You NOW know you can have amazing Prostate orgasms, now relax and enjoy them at a leisurely pace...there are always more!

By taking the approach I described, I currently have a few orgasms nearly every morning, and I only spend about 1, or maybe 2 hours at the most!

I agree that it was excessive. I was in the "I can't believe this is real" phase. I've since calmed down, and have been going for 2-3 hours a day. I'm guessing that I need to give my muscles a few days of rest anyways.

Good to hear you have moderated a little.

I can relate to your experience! The first night I used my helix, I was orgasming, full body contractions, all night for about 7 hours and it was amazing!

Keep us updated if you can! Have fun!

Rest for a couple of days. Let your body recharge and your mind assimilate the experiences.

Well, taking a few days off worked. I had another super-o, and I hit a new milestone with my first aneros-less orgasm. It wasn't nearly as intense as with my Progasm, but it felt very nice.

I'd like to also report that I've settled down with my Aneros use. The novelty has worn off, and I'm okay with having 2-3 hour sessions three times a week. That's not to say that it's any less pleasurable. It's just easier to use it in moderation when I know that my prostate (hopefully) isn't going anywhere anytime soon.

This Wednesday marks three weeks since I started this journey. I'm thinking of buying a Eupho Syn to celebrate my progress. I think it would be a nice addition to my modest collection, right next to my Helix Classic and Progasm Black Ice.

Thanks for your help, everyone. This community is amazing.
