I don't own one, but maybe the LoveArc could do the trick ? I don't remember if I learned about it here or elsewhere. It seems like a pretty OK compromise but still a bit pricey. Could be a quick metal shop project, too.

In my opinion, "Fuck-Machines" are rather expensive and require constant maintenance. As will any ardent biker, the very passionate milker will DIY their setting and modify their machines. It is an entire "stage" or "operation room" if you would.
