Or at least for those who took some time to reach the SO. Is it consistently easier to achieve, and are you able to have one just about anytime you try? I do think mine will take some time. Love it very much so far, and looking forward to the learning process. Thanks in advance for any response!
Took me one year and approximately 300 sessions to get into super-o territory, which for me means that I am left satisfied without a wet orgasm after a session (of course the super o itself is longer and more intense than a traditional wet-o). Right now pretty much every session is better than the last so it's ever so slightly improving after each night (intensity wise).
When I started to relax properly, didn't ejaculate for 3-4 days and focused on the feelings and my breathing things started to greatly improve.
Also yesterday I was edging a lot throughout the day and that seemed to really improve the session I had later.
The single most important thing in my opinion is learning to relax your body and especially the PC-muscle when using your Aneros and in general when masturbating. I noticed that from all the years of masturbation I started to clench all these muscles to accelerate the process. This is very counterintuitive when using an Aneros. So try to learn relaxing these muscles while masturbating for as long as you can and focus on the feelings.
Good luck and have fun

Took me a long time as well - over a year but when it all comes together, the pleasure is mind blowing and just keeps getting better and better with time! Suddenly what you have been reading and practicing makes sense, no matter which Aneros you use, even Aless becomes more pleasurable! The Os come more often and go on and on til you become overwhelmed with flowing pleasure!
I began my Aneros journey in early June 2012 with the Aneros Helix Syn, a model that gave me a gentle introduction to anal play and prostate plan. I had to learn patience in my sessions, but was rewarded with a mild Super-O on the morning of July 4, 2015. More than a year later in mid August I discovered that the Kegel Exercises which I performed almost every day since October 2011 had become extremely pleasurable. It was then that I formulated my Kegel Exercise regimen: https://community.aneros.com/community/general-discussion/the-kegels-do-work-especially-with-aless
This focused regimen actually marked a tipping point which propelled me to my first sustained and extremely pleasurable Super-O's and MMO's which began a month later in mid September 2016.
First I had to learn patience in my sessions and how to relax in my sessions, which is ongoing at profound and deep levels.
