So my arousal has dropped massively lately, i have changed my diet to include less meat so i wonder if this is to blame? i would love to know what foods and suppliments that are proen to help raise this again, it would be awesome. I am only in my mid 30's so i feel this is far too early to be as low as it currently is, i used to be horney all the time, which always incldued pwaves every day, now its maybe once a month, if im lucky.

I probably wouldn't cut down on meat to be honest. I've looked into the whole "meat is bad" thing going on right now, and I've come to the conclusion that it's mostly false, or at least there's no good evidence for it. Since the animals are so similar to us their bodies contains all the nutrients that we require. Eating a whole animal would most likely provide all necessary nutrients in abundance. Sure it's very possible to get them from plants as well, but it's much more difficult and if you're not aware of what you're eating then you could be low in certain nutrients. If you're going stay low on meat, then it could be a good idea to eat liver and perhaps a lot of eggs, as those are some of the most nutrient dense foods you can eat.
My diet is very high in animal products, especially red meat and dairy, a fair amount of potatoes/rice, but very low in vegetables and fruit. Pretty much the opposite of what is being recommended, yet I am in great health, my arousal seems high and I've had very fast progress with MMO so far. But of course, you should take my advice with a grain of salt, I am still young and no nutritionist.

I dont eat meat not because of anything nutrition based but becauseof a moral choice, i have gone with alternatives which have as much if not more of the same nutrients as meat and none of the negative elements.

I use a great supplement called Tribulus Extreme by Now Sports. You may be low on testosterone due to cutting back on your meat consumption. I've read that cottage cheese is a good substitute for meat in regard to testosterone production.
@The_Fury its more likely that you're just getting older and your t levels are dropping coincidentally at the same time.
