I know it's not everything, but love the idea of having my legs wildly flail during my aneros sessions.

How do those guys get it to happen?

I get tremors off & on in my legs sometimes.  Never or as of yet have any flailing of my legs. Often wondered how pleasurable all that movement is.

My experience has been that when I start to feel those tremors, I instinctively tense up to keep control.  I counter that by trying to really focus on my breathing while reminding myself to relax and let go.  Often, I will finally get myself totally relaxed, feel a calm wave go through my body, and then suddenly I'll start shaking all over.

And at that point is when it gets really hard to not try to regain that tensed-up control.  Sometimes I do tense up and have a sharp jolt of an orgasm.  Other times, I'm able to hold my focus on relaxing and breathing and accepting the full-body orgasm and riding it as long as it lasts.

For me, the most important thing for hitting this type of pleasure is feeling free to be loud/noisy without worrying that anyone can hear me, because it's so much easier to let go and accept the pleasure if I'm moaning/groaning.  For example, yesterday, my husband went to his office in part to give me some time at home alone for a few hours.  I was just at the point of stopping my aneros session--which had been a very pleasant but not really mind-blowing one--when his announcement that he was leaving made me reconsider.  When I heard him close the front door, I got back in bed, put on some binaural beats, and let myself go.  I don't recall ever being quite that loud during a session and I definitely moved from "very pleasant" to being totally overwhelmed by one orgasm after another.

@lexcubg i can relate to sudden muscle tension  bringing on sharp jolts of orgasms. I don’t avoid it though!

Since the beginning of my journey I have discovered all sorts of subtle leg muscles that I didnt know existed. I can’t say what they are, but I know that I often get cramps through seemingly condraticatory movements (like in my head I am spreading and closing my legs at the same time), or when I think I am relaxing. So while I don’t flail, my legs are very present in my experience. I recommend crossing them at different spots, including at the height of your balls so as to constrict them in some way or other.

I used to get it about 10 years ago. I was using Aneros Helix, and stuck to the suggested "one leg straight, one bent" position. I think I used less lube at the time. For me the flailing wasn't very pleasurable once the novelty wore off.

My legs used to shake alot more a few years ago, now it's more my upper body's, butt up to my neck, slaking and moving. I love it, feels great relax and to give in to the pleasure

Exactly how I feel. I used to enjoy it because it was different, but now when it occurs I take it as a sign that I'm not relaxed enough. It feels like a short circuit where my legs don't know if they should relax or contract and I just hope it doesn't last too long.

In some hypnosis inductions, the hypnotist will tell you to do some variation of this :

  1. Breathe in
  2. Tense muscles as hard as you can for a count of 5
  3. Breathe out
  4. Then relax completely for a count of 5.

Repetition of this pattern or something similar could lead to involuntary muscle spasms, but I don't know if you'll get large movement from it... could be worth a try with a toy inserted.

My Aneros sessions have really been improving the past two weeks. I’ve not had any extreme flailing but I do get trembling and twitching in my legs and across my whole body. It feels really nice. I’m not aware whether I’m tensing up or not to prevent any further flailing.

This is the first effect I got from my prostate journey. Started with a electric prostate vibrator. I'd thrash around on the bed like I was having a seizure, probably could have been called a seizure. Just a complete loss of control. This actually went on a few months then became less frequent. I feel it coming on some times now but rarely get there.

Wouldn't call it "pleasurable" but certainly not painful.

I've still got that vibe. Might have to try it again when I get the space.

Try playing with your nipples during a session. That used to do it for me too.

I found that when the leg shakes set in, I am tensing my glutes. Relax them and things settle down.
