Yesterday I received my Aneros sync helix and used it. Initially, I felt some rush up my tummy and then I did contract and relaxed my anus several times. Gradually,  I felt my breathing rate to rise. Nithing happened after that. Trying to reach mini orgasm. Wish me luck.
