Hi guys
I signed up to the forum today after being a long time lurker (that sounds a bit creepy lol). I today also received my helix in the post and just couldn't wait to give it a try :D. Not a lot really happened but to be honest i kind of expected that 🙁 and a few hours after the session i started to feel a bit sore.
I guess the real reason for posting this is to simply let you guys know that I'm here and that if i ever need your help/advice/suggestions that i can count on you all.
