After a year and a half, I think I finally have the first effect of Aneros while awakened ( I have had several Aless while asleep).
I just have to lie immobile and relaxed while thinking of my breathing and I start to feel very heavy as if I was going to fall asleep exept that I'm perfectly aware of exterior sounds and I can think clearly. I managed to get in this state with both Aneros inserted and without.

So is it really an Aneros effect or is it just a meditative state ?

Hey @Kaly ,

After a year and a half, I think I finally have the first effect of Aneros while awakened ( I have had several Aless while asleep).

Congrats! 🙂

Why not both? The aneros is often called "tantric training wheels" for a reason. It's a tool helping you to learn skills, which are (hidden) in you from the very beginning.

Let's use the metaphor of juggling for a moment. Once you learned that skill, you can basically juggle anything: balls, torches, chainsaws... you get the idea. But a newbie will most likely start with a beginner-friendly set of 3 conveniently sized balls - because that's one of the easiest ways to learn it. And that's why this 3 ball-setup will always have a special place in his brain, even after he mastered to juggle chainsaws. Because learning started there, these (newly formed) neuronal connections root the deepest.

So here is my hypothesis: since we all mostly learned with the aneros, it will always have a special place in our brains and will fire up things like nothing else - even after one masters a-less.

Cheers, Unfug

@Kaly, I too want to congratulate your first sensations with your Aneros sessions and Aless. Actually I have found in my years of experience with the Aneros, that Aneros sessions, Aless, and meditation work together. I add two others to help you along: the Kegel Exercises and Nipple stimulation or diddling.

I like very much @Unfug's 3 ball-setup juggling! 😉

I'm going to try to "juggle" for longer because I can't keep that state more than a minute for the moment.
Also, when I'm in this state, I don't have any sensations of pleasure or buzzing or any other kind, but it feels (mentally) as if I was pushing against a veil but I couldn't find the opening.

IMHO, it is probably an Aneros journey rewiring effect which leads you into the meditative state. As @Unfug noted "The aneros is often called "tantric training wheels" for a reason. It's a tool helping you to learn skills, which are (hidden) in you from the very beginning." and as I have frequently noted myself I view my Anerosessions as erotic meditations which may lead to highly pleasurable yet calming states of blissful awareness of the moment.

As far as "...pushing against a veil..." may I suggest that you allow you breathing to gently float the veil away rather than try to push any of your feelings.
Good Vibes to You !

@rumel Yes you are right, I think this veil feeling is the control of the conscious part of my mind.
