So tonight i had my first ride new experience for sure using helix never felt and pleasure other lots of precum from my penis and still not sure if i was doing contractions right i was pulling the helix deeper in my butt hole using my sphinter muscles after 90mins session ended badly good amount of crap on aneros will rectal flush next time might wait a day or two before next session

Just need warm water, if I remember from the wiki, should not use the solutions that come with the package.
