If you had an empty bladder before you started your Anerosession, then getting the urge to urinate upon insertion of your Aneros is perfectly normal. That is an almost sure sign your Aneros is making good contact with your prostate. If, on the other hand, you didn't have an empty bladder and/or you drank fluids an hour or less before your session start time, then you may wish to be mindful that relaxing sufficiently could actually allow you to pee on yourself during the session. Perhaps those sessions should take place in the bathtub just in case.

indicator that pressure was increased on the nerves around the bladder neck where it joins the upper part of your prostate.

also an indicator that you didn't desensitize during the session. nice job guy!
