I've been on my journey for just over a year. When I first got my MGX I rode it 2 to 3 times a week. Progress was rather slow so the sessions tapered off. Recently I started up again. This time I am making real headway.
Last night I decided to try sleeping with MGX in. I inserted some lube using a lube launcher. (sure makes lubing easier). I coated the MGX with Elbow Grease. I was able to fall asleep relatively quickly even thou the MGX was starting to work its magic. I woke up several times with pleasure waves hitting me. I also experienced for the first time some thing like a tingling from the tip of my penis to the base. It too came in waves. Sometimes it happened hard or soft. Over all it was a great experience. It was a very prolonged low level night of pleasure. Can't wait for tonight and try it again.

Congrats on the P-wave nite train experience!
As you may know, Aneros recommends against sleeping with a device inside you. One of the regulars here, Darwin, pointed out that various negative consequences to your body are a possibility. That said, some of us sleep with an Aneros every night anyway. I really enjoy it. My wife appreciates it, too. Just be extra careful to lube well and monitor all health functions closely. If you experience any irritation at all, take a break for a few days.

I would also suggest being careful. I did the same thing last night for the first time, I woke up to some pleasure but it was mostly discomfort. I took it out this morning and was also bleeding slightly.
So negative effects can occur. Just be careful and use tons of lube, and remove immediately upon discomfort, which I (stupidly) did not.

Bleeding? Dang. In the past I've felt that I was being too rough with myself, enough to cause bleeding, but it seems I'm tougher that I think. Still gotta be careful of course.
