Hi guys

I have been a 'lurker' on the forums for the past few months. I have finally decided to become a member of the forum's and to jump into the rabbit hole (lol) and purchase my first model. The only problem is that I am having trouble deciding which model. Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Have a great day

MGX, SGX, Helix, Helix Syn are all good starters. I think the Helix are the most popular starters. The SGX i beleive was designed for shorter people, so its not as long as the others. The helix is all plastic and more solid construction whereas the helix syn is coated in silicone makeing it softer and more flexible. All of them are good devices and should get you what you are seeking if you give it the time and patience needed. Good luck.

Of course the Syn would be better but i haven't used a standard plastic or a silicone model to contrast.

If I brought the classic i would remove the handle because my main position would be me lying on my back. But i've heard removing the handle from the syn may affect p-tab efficiency/contact is this true?
