Sessions 5 and 6 focus kept going downhill. Relaxation was the problem. I need to concentrate more on relaxing! The problem was that except for the third session my sphincter was not relaxing much and if it doesn't the MGX can't be freely manipulated back and forth.
7th session, yesterday it (sphincter) was relaxed. After 40 minutes I was able to start a mini-O. Not as intense as session 3, although it tried to build about 6 times, but I was able to keep it going for an hour!
No twitching in my lower Abdomen and breathing didn't change but I'm starting to get a feel for the possibilities. I started this session on my side relaxing for 20 minutes so that might be my key.

Sounds good Steve! Sounds like you are making progress. Don't over do it. Make sure you get enough rest. And when you are doing it relax, and enjoy the relaxation. Just follow the ride, don't have a target or destination...that will distract you. Like you I've found the porn while nice initially to get a sexual mood actually is a distraction during a session. It is best to be alone probably with no noise. Also try fish oil, dark chocolate, Ginko Biloba, and Panax Ginseng - works for me. Let me know if you want more details. Supposedly it helps increase the dopamine in the brain preparing for orgasm.

Steve, I've found that if you hold instead of releasing after getting that "mini-o", the "super-o"'s will start after a couple minutes. Just hold it and keep holding on for dear life, cause it gonna feel like a roller-coaster.
