First involuntaries contractions, where to go from here?

Last night was my 8th session and by far the best. After gently contracting my pc muscles and holding for a while the involuntaries started. It felt nice but nothing really orgasmic. What should I aim to do once the involuntaires start. Is there a general guide? They seemed to go away when I let go of the pc hold.
