I took a serious shot at a session for the first time in at least a month. I didn't "take care of myself" for a couple of days to give it a real chance. It's a really weird feeling, a combination of warmth and butterflies. I say primitive because when it starts growing, that's when the heavy breathing and increased heart rate starts.
