Hi,

First time poster here...

After owning the Helix without any progress since new, I bought a Progasm.

In the day that I've had it I've reached a point that I haven't reached before. Both times now I have been able to trigger and maintain for a little while and repeat having what I describe as a self perpetuating oscillation alternating between what feels like the muscles around my anus and the muscles around the base of my penis. I presume this is the positive feedback loop I read about. I get it and I know how to get there mentally and physically.

Some questions I have:

1. I barely had any precum much less have any type of leaking. Does regularly having a lot of orgasms decrease the amount of fluid that might emerge? If so, what is the typical time for the body to recharge? Does one's diet affect production?

2. I'm not clear on what the next step is towards that Super O?

Thanks!

Sorry, I know you were probably hoping an expert would answer your post, but I have some interesting input.

If you look back at some of my posts you will see that i'm not one of those natural "leakers".

You know those people that can stick something up their bottom and have streams of fluid come out or people that can press on their perineum and have the same effect.

That’s not me, but..............

I have discovered that when I get in the zone just before a super-o, dry-o or mini-o that pre-ejaculate WILL start to rise and show itself.

In short, if I get aroused enough I produce pre-ejaculate.

Maybe you are the same. You may have to be in super-o land before you produce it.

I remember one post that Artic Wolves had about the video he made on x-tube. He said that he had only produced a few drops of pre-ejaculate, so........

maybe you will and maybe you won't

Hi,

First time poster here...

Welcome and congratulations on your progress.

1. I barely had any precum much less have any type of leaking. Does regularly having a lot of orgasms decrease the amount of fluid that might emerge? If so, what is the typical time for the body to recharge? Does one's diet affect production?

I barely produce pre-cum too but that doesn't stop me having very nice sessions, with or without my Aneros. Some men produce lots, some men don't. That's just the way it is. I have extensive experience of this matter with many different men. Ahem.

I've been basically celibate for the last 2 months and have barely ejaculated in that period but have not produced a greater amount of pre-cum as a result. I think you and I are just not big producers of pre-cum. I don't think it should be something we should worry about frankly. We might produce more as part of the rewiring process or we might not. Let's see where the journey takes us eh?

Also my advice to you would be not to worry about the recharging time your body might need after ejaculation. Treat your Aneros usage as an adventure. You might have an ultimate destination in mind e.g. Super 0s but you're not entirely sure what route you will be going on. There are lots of delightful twists and turns on that route so try and enjoy the journey for what it is right now, if you can.

I don't have an Aneros schedule at all. I just do it when I feel like it and it's convenient. Why don't you experiment and see what works best for you?

Diet and lifestyle does play a big part in the volume of sperm the body produces. I just Googled 'diet to increase seminal fluid' and the following article was one of the matches:

http://www.orgasmpower.net/food-for-sperm.html

I read an article once on this subject and was intrigued to learn that pr0n stars take supplements and eat particular foods to increase the volume of their seminal fluid. Practitioners of bukake too apparently.

2. I'm not clear on what the next step is towards that Super O?

I found reading the Milestones entry in the Wiki really helped me in this regard:

With the proviso that you bear in mind that not everyone experiences all of these milestones, I think it's a really useful 'road map' to show you where you are on your personal Aneros journey.
