Hi everyone- I'm starting to experience more intense sensations and I wanted to share my method. I do a lot of meditation and colors have a lot of meaning to me. I take the time to get myself comfortable and focus on my breath. After a few breaths, I'll imagine breathing in a soft blue light to get more relaxed. I breathe deeply and push out my belly, hold for a moment, and on my exhale I imagine pushing my air into different spots of my body... places that may not be relaxed yet. When I feel comfortable and ready, I'll switch to a soft pink light... this one for me is very sensual. I'll do a similar process, breathing in the light, holding it, and then pushing it into different corners of my body- feet, legs, belly, chest, arms, head (I like to start at the bottom and go up). For me this feels intensely good - the best feelings I've had so far. I'm going to continue playing around with this method.
I have found that my sessions are better when I listen to some moaning, too.... anyway, maybe this will help someone. Maybe it won't. 🙂
@thunderfox07, your meditation discipline and relaxed breathing during your sessions will assist you greatly in your Aneros journey.
