Wow... So i don't think I have reached the super O yet but I definitely got close :). It was really weird as opposed to trying to force it I just tried to be very relaxed with more of an emphasis on rhythmic controlled contractions. Before I knew it I was in a new place and I had had the Aneros in for two hours. My main question is how long does a super O last, I definitely felt five or ten second periods of bliss but from what I read a super O can last up to several minutes or longer. I have had this product for four or five months and used it maybe once a week with little or no progress, however today I found myself shaking and unable to control my body at times. Am i getting close? Thanks for any and all help Aneros community.

Hi beeasy . . . and Welcome!

It really sounds to me like you have found the correct path
for your Aneros Journey!

I can't really say how long a Super-O lasts. They seem to be
what they are and some are in multiples, so it may be hard to say
whether it's a few or many overlapping each other which seems to
be one long OOOOOOOOO!

The only important thing is that you enjoy your Journey and not
try to quantify your results!

I think you are on the correct path to the Super-O . . .
