I would like this thread to contain as many routines and exercises as possible that you guys have been successfully using to have your aless orgasms.I'm going to edit the first post to contain all your recommendations or links.
Everything from Male deer exercises and microcosmic orbit type stuff to chackra based routines, breathing techniques, sound/mantra type exercises etc.I want to add everything so members don't have to keep track of so many threads,they can just return to this one to re-read their favorite exercises or follow the links to their favorite threads.

Great idea, IMHO, your list could include almost any of the exercises described by members for inducing Aneros orgasms. Many of the contraction combinations work as well Aless as with an Aneros in situ. Many of the same Aneros arousal techniques work to generate Aless orgasms too. Remember if 90 +% of getting to prostate based orgasms is a mental exercise and the last -10% is various physical techniques then the actual Aneros use constitutes even less than that. The other physical techniques would include breath control and deep muscle relaxation but to optimize the body's comfort you also have to optimize the environment, the setting, these physical techniques work equally well for Aless sessions.

Yes of course. But it's a community effort.I don't know all the different threads that contain the gold nuggets so senior members here need to help make aless resources more easily accessible. I just am going to update the thread as people post their favorite threads or describe the exercises and steps themselves.I'm going to recommend my own picks, some books, a compilation of books that IMO should make up all the education one's ever going to need to get high quality energy work techniques at a low price just from amazon books.

I never quite understood all the steps, but for me the key thing in these couple steps is focusing on flexing an imaginary muscle in the penis head. For me the whole technique is about flexing this imaginary muscle ever so slightly, the lighter the better.
a lot of techniques presented by users are impossible to follow to a T, for multiple reasons. First off they can be poorly explained. Secondly they can be poorly interpreted. And thirdly they are based on invisible muscles and subjective sensations, so when user A says flex muscle X, user B could be flexing muscle Y. And when user A says you will be feeling a particular sensation, there is a good chance that user B feels something way different.
i think the descriptions of techniques (aless and other) are at best interesting ideas, bases from which to explore from and from which to create our proper techniques. So in this case I can’t say what the user meant. But several ideas therein truly spoke to me when I first discovered the post and since then I have created my own technique based on those ideas. It has been so effective that two or three steps are enough to describe what I do:
1. Imagine there is a muscle in your penis head
2. Flex that imaginary muscle ever so slightly (it will cause you to flex subtle pc muscles, because there is no muscle to flex in your penis head), and find that sweet spot between 0-5 percent where things tingle, where butterflies rise in your stomach, where your being dissipates, and play around with that until you are satisfied.
