After three years of KSMO/Aneros/Prostate Cradle experience I've had quite a few scary moments (over at the KSMO we call them Terrors). I've had the same worries as yourself (I'm 77) but I've lived through them all. None have done me any harm. Moreover, I've not seen any significant advere effects upon my heart rate or blood pressure (famous last words!).

But I seem to have left all those scary events behind - my results have escalated considerably in the last four months but I've not had another occurrence despite reaching new heights which, in times past, would have shaken me rigid. One's tolerance seems to ramp upwards with experience. I can now let go completely.

I wouldn't worry about the terrors - if one is going to get you it will!

johntrevy: I think I know what you mean, I may have been somewhere like that but, TBH, I have little clear or specific recollection of many sessions - only when something major happens like Above & Beyond. I posted somewhere recently about imagining my orgasmic self as a wheel and when localised spasms, twitches and trembles occur trying to feel them throughout so that the wheel doesn't wobble.
