Hello All,

I just wanted to know if some people experiments the same things as me... meaning i begin my session in 9pm , relax and after a while, with all this well-being fall asleep....
a little annoying if you try to go further than p-waves no? 😉

Regards

Yes, I do. I usually have sessions in the morning when I am rested and my mind is quiet. I'll wake up early, start the session, then with the energy flowing free, I feel so good, I drift off into a warm sleep.

Maybe, I'm taking the "relaxing" and "do nothing" approach a bit literally?

Meditating without falling asleep has always been an important part of spiritual practice. It requires skill to calm the mind and relax the body without falling asleep. Obviously, it's best to do such things when you aren't tired. But like many of you, I really only have time to try my Aneros at night time after the kids are asleep, so I don't have a choice. I fall asleep with it all the time.

As
mdad said I don't have any other Aneros time than bedtime. and as you
mcgphil I fall asleep most of the times. But I wake up either in the night or very early morning under the pressure of light P-waves. Then I can get my session in the best conditions totally relaxed easily letting things go by themselves. I got my first Super O' this way.

I have tried all times of the day......Mid day is always the best for me because I am rested. Falling asleep with aneros is nice, but rested and alert is better. For me to totally let go and fall into a blissfull state, I don't want to feel sleepy. Problem is, for most of us, our daily lives are too busy. Sometimes I have a session all night, but it is never as good as typical daylight hours.

Yes, mid day is best, I agree. It takes ENERGY to stay with the increasing intensity. When I am tired, I just can't "get there". Unfortunately, I just don't have daytime hours to myself between work and/or family. Grrrr....

I prefer to have a session right before I fall asleep or as i fall asleep. When i'm in that state my mind seems to be drugged and many mental inhibitions, locks, and guards are dropped. It feels as if the slightest sensation is magnetized 10x.

If I pull off my mental balancing act just right I can have a session while literally being half-asleep and in the hypno states of mind in-which i can literally see the dream world along side the real world, I’ve only been able to do it about 4 times during my 7 month journey but the sensations are absolutely amazing, many orgasms where had from it and they are only limited by my own imagination. I call it a twilight session.

@trei, ive been there a few times myself though it doesnt feel as though I am experiencing the pleasure fully as later on it all kind of seems like a dream even though it seems some pretty crazy pleasure was going on.

@ikneverknew Yes, i usually experience the initial pleasure during that phase. The sensations sometimes cause me to wake up fully and I continue where I left off. >:D<

I think I 'zone out'

My sessions usually start at 10:30pm I start to get a good movement going around 10:45 then I ride the waves. Time seems to fly by and the next thing I know it is 1am.

Have I been to sleep I don't know but it did not feel like 2 hours since I started to ride.

The next day I feel good as if I had a good night sleep not lost 2 hours.

I have had a few wonderful sessions having fallen asleep with the device (Helix Syn) and waking in the middle of the night for 1-1:30 hrs. Sometimes, it doesn't happen, but I have not had any ill effects of sleeping thru the night with the device (and no real wild dreams, either).

One day my prostate will really fire up. In the mean time I often find an inserted Aneros will give me some good sleep. Safer and better than medication. Usually use the Peridise 22. It also generates some nice pulses that I am aware of when asleep,

@ineverknew: Yes, some of my best "in the middle of the night" sessions, followed by a deep and rewarding night's sleep ( even if shorter than usual) and I wake up with the thought "Did that amazing experience really happen?" 😉

I got my Helix Classic a couple of months ago and have yet to reach Super O. I get what I think is close but it never seems to trigger. I guess I'm so used to using my hands and need to learn to relax. I'm practicing, and I'm finding that I'm most relaxed in the evening. I've tried keeping it in while asleep and then waking up all relaxed in the middle of the night. I've found that I get some amazing, intense feelings that way. I'm hoping that's fairly safe to do, and I am hoping to work my way up to the big one soon.

I fall asleep often with either my helix syn or tempo in. One morning the wife said I woke her up as I appeared to be having an orgasm in my sleep. I didn't remember anything and am a sound sleeper.

i had an amazing session yesterday with my eupho syn. As soon as I put it in it took off vibrating wildly and bouncing all around, almost out of control. I've never had this happen before so I kinda new it would be a good time. After a while I kinda got bored and fell asleep only to be awakened by a nice dry O, but this time as I woke up and realized what was happening, another dry O started before the other had stopped. Eventually leading to something awesome and scary, so scary and intense I couldnt control my body tensing up and then it was lost. This leads me to believe that this has to do with body/muscle tension. When we fall asleep our bodies relax fully allowing the device to massage as needed to bring about the pleasure. Hopefully with more time and practice I can remain relaxed enough to see what happens when they get so intense, but for now my body just reacts and I havent been able to remain fully relaxed enough to see what comes after the scary/intense feelings.

in my latest session, i also lost track of time for 1 to 2 1/2 hoursno feeling tired, just very satisfy
because that time, i woke up with a very hard dick, pre-cum everywhere, on my bed sheet, and my stomach, then i look at my dick, touch it and came like a fountain

it was nice
