This was very interesting. as I was listening, I felt her words begin to fuel my fire. I enjoy using hypnosis in my sessions and this one was a real joy. I found myself able to relax, and as I write this I feel echoes from my session a few minutes ago. I'm excited to listen to it again. I know that I'm going to try and listen ahead, so hopefully my subconscious will keep me in the moment.

On my way back home I gave in to listen as often as possible. But driving by car is too much distraction to get really constantly aroused. Nevertheless I'm full of anticipation how it may have deepened my acceptance already. Only 15 minutes later I'm convinced that most triggers already have been deeply grounded. Hi folks, although last night didn't provide any new experiences and although there were two many errands ruling this day, tonite I finally found the discrete and safe place to listen to that audio file another time.
