I have been reading about Pygeum as an herbal supplement for improving prostate health?

@anlcomplsv I wonder about that too and have for some time. I was looking around about a year ago trying to see if there were any methods to increase Semen production and I found this called the Holy Grail of Semen Production:

1) L-Arginine, 1000mg Strength, Taken 1 time daily = 1000mg
(2) Zinc, 50mg Strength, Taken 1 time daily = 50mg
(3) Pygeum, 100mg Strength, Taken 2 times daily = 200mg
(4) Lecithin, 1200mg Strength, Taken 1 time daily = 1200mg

I tried 1, 2, and 4 but at the time couldn't find the Pygeum locally. I noticed a small increase after about 6 weeks, but I ran out of the items and interest at the time. Turns out they say that Pygeum is the most important part of the process.

this may seem silly to most but staying hydrated helps also. Most people are dehydrated and dont even know it.

You will find this site helpful - your hydration depend on your weight - I am 80 kg so need 3.3 litres a day

I think it translates to about 8 cups of water for every 100lbs of body weight

I've read that pygeum can make you leak precum for no reason sometimes even when you aren't turned on. I recall reading someone having an embarrassing moment in the gym shower or locker room. I'm sure it has a different effect on everyone, and definitely seems worth trying but I'd definitely keep an eye on the intake amount and effects.

I've tried Pygeum for a while, and had experienced no effect to precum. To my understanding, all it does is shrink the prostate a bit as a means of counter-acting inflammation. The likelihood is it effects people who produce ample precum to begin with, but it doesn't actually increase the amount made.

Lecithin does increase output, but only because it waters down your cum. Again, it doesn't bolster the amount made.
