Im not sure if this video has found its way to the aneros forum yet but here is: http://youtube.com/watch?v=apf-W0QvmbE&feature=related
I incorporated this into my last session and it was a knock out. I found it especially useful at the beginning of the session; it really woke up my 'female' orgasm sensations; along the upper abdomen and chest area. it also made the various erogenous zones much more receptive. I tried experimenting with various adaptations and speeds and I found using the panting with an already mostly full chest cavity to be most beneficial. I would definitely obey her warning and limit them to three series. I did them lying on my back and felt the most secure. I realize these run contrary to the usual slow, relaxed breathing technique by I find using this trick intermittently to be very effective. I hope others find this useful too. Best of luck

Yeah I often use a panting technique, but it is one I just made up. It is fairly fast panting...not quite as fast as the woman in your vid and it may be for extended periods. I tend to pant faster as I get more excited and it seems to be somewhat natural as the body seems to require more air in this regard.

enemegra-

wow, what an awesome find!

this breathing technique is very very powerful.

going right into the top drawer of my tools chest.

i find that it is important to do about 15 of the pants, as she suggests, not much less. it takes a little getting used to.

also, once you are cranking, you can use the panting to nudge yourself along. then i find just a few pants work ok, and is possibly all i can focus on at that point.

Wow, Enemagra!

I'm with Darwin on this one!

Great Technique!

I use belly breathing and always have, but this is a new take on it for me???

It's like a "jump-start" to get your sexual engine ready to rumble!

Thanks,

Hlaser99

Hey Guys,

Just wanted to add that in Tantric practices it's called, the "Breath of Fire," or "Fire Breathing." If you enter those terms into the youtube search engine, there are tons of videos demonstrating this technique.

I agree it's a wonderful tool and especially useful for Aneros sessions. Since most of us avoid penile stimulation during our sessions, a couple rounds of Fire Breathing can add a great little burst of sensation and help us "get on track" towards the Super-O.

Thanks for bringing this gem to the Forum Enemagra.

wow, im thrilled this is a hit! i experienced quite profound sensations as a result of this technique but i wasnt sure that others would too.

pan - ive actually used breath of fire in the past but found this to be quite different. its possible my technique was wrong but my understanding was that with breath of fire, the emphasis is on the exhalation; focusing on pulling your naval towards your spine, synchronized with anal contractions, whereas with this technique i really expand my belly as full as i can; all the emphasis is on the inhalation. i find this ignites all the sexual sensations that are concentrated in this area. for me, if i use this technique during a session early in the day, i can note a marked difference in how i feel for the rest of the day; much more sentient and pleasant.

now im anxious to see how this technique can be used with a partner! anyways, enjoy!

Hey Enemagra,

I'm no expert on the subject, but from what I've seen, there are so many variations on this theme that the only thing they have in common is the panting and the warning against hyperventilation. Otherwise, it seems like almost anything qualifies as "the" Breath of Fire these days.

For instance, the demonstration in the link you provided is in fact, a highly simplified version of the technique, that discards all of the non-essentials. In my opinion, the result is actually more effective for a wider audience precisely because of that simplicity.

Like a lot of classic Eastern practices, the Breath of Fire can be (and often is) refined with endless details (focus on controlling specific muscle groups, energy circulation, etc), becoming incredibly complicated to a point where one could spend a lifetime perfecting this single breathing method. Which is fine as long as all that work keeps paying off.

But as the saying goes, we have to learn to walk before we can run. And I think most of us here are just looking for simple, easy to learn tips and tricks to enhance our experiences or possibly help trigger our first Super-O's. With that purpose in mind, I think you posted the best introduction to the Breath of Fire I've seen yet.

Thanks again for sharing it with the rest of us.

Oh and just FYI, the simple version great with a partner! 😉

I believe the key for any of these techniques is to be in contact with yourself. The focus should not be on the breathing allowing it to distract, but instead on the feelings you are experiencing, their effect on you, and the journey you are undertaking.

not a huge deal but worth mentioning: i read in someone else's post about hugging a pillow during a session. ive incorporated this into my last few sessions while lying on my side, both knees up, ankles crossed, and i think ill stick with it; it definitely added pleasant sensations. i happened to use a bunched up blanket as i didnt have a second pillow readily available. there seems to be a trend of almost 'baby activity' being used strategically. i noticed the soft pallet nursing beings automatically when i clutch the blanket. i think theres a lot to this. freud indicated that babies are actually the most sexual beings alive, and that actions such as thumb sucking are sexually motivated. i think its possible that at least one of the possible super-o paths is recreating the sensory experience of being a safe, secure, loved baby? i know this sounds weird and maybe even creepy or off-putting, but maybe it could lead to more innovation and creative ideas. ive also noticed that the 'cozier' i feel, the better the sensations; possibly linked to the secure baby experience? for me, nothing beats a session during a thunderstorm! maybe i should move to the tropics??
EDIT: i feel like i should add that im definitely not one of those people that gets a kick out of dressing up like a baby, deuce bigalow style!

Something that got my attention was this video right after the first one.

It really made a lot of sense in the acceptance part. There's something between the lines there on technique and how to approach it.

Thanks JfTP!!!!!!!! The video and your comments got me thinking about some things regarding the acceptance part. I've had the super o's that bounce me all over the place etc. but I had been looking for the "peaceful seas" - think that was a Darwin comment. Anyway I wanted the peaceful part on the outside while the nerves etc. raged. Well last night I had the best ever in this department. The session was monumental where I was concerned - peaceful, waves of bliss washing over me, hardly any movement and when there was it was focused on waist down, I was used but in such a good way that I could hardly move and simply "floated" for a while. I suppose I owe it to the forum. Thanks

I've been working on the breathing part. I keep forgetting. I'm still uncomfortable letting my body go like that though because of roommates. I'm actually pretty vocal which makes me uncomfortable since I normally speak softly. I hit a mini O one time that made me so dizzy loud silly stupid with noise, it surprised me I could achieve that volume.

If you have to 'claim your take of pleasure'. Truthfully, I'm not doing this, and it's a mental barrier. I'm opposed to using a rag or something stupid. What about ball gags?l Something to be able to take deep breaths in?
