I Found something with the Eupho, but it works with the Helix, too. On your back, relax and let Eupho slip out enough to free the p-tab. Slowly and gently wiggle the P-tab back and forth, and absolutely ecstasy occurs. After doing this a short while, use the P-tab to the push the Eupho back in fully, clinch, and hang on for ride of your life.
