ENERGY ORGASM - new book released

@shyzen, that's very exciting. I've intuited that there is a commonality between orgasms and body energy and had intended to write something in a blog someday. The 1st url gives me an error message. Can you give me a preview of his approach. I see tai chi on his Facebook page. Is it similar to Mantak Chia's approach?

As far as Mantak Chia , although his books might have helped people initially, there has been a lot of damage caused by this guys forced locks and in-jaculation if you can call it that. Micheal Winn who ghost wrote it did not want it published.
BLISS ENERGETICS is all non forced and is based on a water path , surrender and allow.
E.O.M is a very natural meditative approach and in my opinion is very in tune with aneros.

He was a big aneros user some years ago so there is a connection and the book has a chapter on using the aneros if you have difficulty in feeling the subtle energies at first l .

I did yes. It only took a week despite what amazon said. Have read all of it now & am trying out various ideas from it. I'm happy I bought it & I'd definitely reccomend it. If I had to make a criticism it would be that the book could be larger & some things in it could have been written about in more detail. That is a small point though, on the whole it's well worth reading.

Hey Jazzer , well I am glad you like it and found it a worthwhile purchase, yes it is a shortish book but contains many lessons , I think the point of it was not to get to indepth about the subject but concentrate on the practical so one can experience it for yourself.

What areas did you feel needed more info ?

Yes it does contain a lot of information & is a very good read. I would have liked more detail on a couple of the meditations described & more info of the spirituality of this journey. A couple of times the author almost apologises for giving some brief info on that but for me that's what it's all about.
I'll think about writing up an Amazon review but realistically I'd like more time to explore the ideas in the book before I do, although I'm sure it has already helped.
