When ones get a reply to a email on here, and its sent to the email set up w/ the account, can the person reply directly to the other person from their email account, or do they need to/can they only log in and reply from here?

I think you have to log in to access your email inbox at all. From there you can see your email contacts and messages. Pick one and reply. Or start a new conversation.
