Hi guys. At the end of this post is a link to a pic for a mod that has worked for me somewhat. A little explanation first.

Though I've been away for a while, I'm no stranger to this forum, and I have chronicled in detail my ups-and-downs with this doohickey for quite some time right here. I'm a 3-year-long user at this point, no Super-O in sight, alas. Took me three models (the Helix, the Euphos) to eventually find the one that was "mostly right" for my physiology (the Classic). Don't get me wrong, I've had some fun times. I've spent countless hours pondering, feeling, meditating, squirming, every position thinkable, with and without music, with and without visual stimuli, with and without edging, reading just about everything here. I've spent time "doing" and "not doing." Longest sessions clock in at around 6 hours--but a three-hour stint is typical.

But never a Super-O. Never. I'm stubborn, but I've given up (and also come back) over and over again. I would never call my time spent fruitless, and I've become great, great pals with my prostate. But I've come to some important realizations.

Namely this: Some guys are made for this thing (physiogically speaking), and some guys are not. Like most important understandings, this one seems pretty simple. Ultimately, and with the help of watching some friends use this device and have immediate, surprising results, I now understand this: If you are on the "large side" down-under (meaning you've got yerself a rather wide arsehole), this thing is less effective. (That's me.) On the other hand, if you are "tightly packed" down yonder--smaller hole and all, tighter anus, larger prostate filling up the space, easier to make contact, etc--you are the lucky one. (That's you, Mayfield.) Of course, this makes perfect sense--if the user has a Grand Canyon down there, the Aneros does its best to try and find, and massage, the prostate and the pernium...but if you've got a lot of extra room to move, there's a greater chance of it searching the dark corners of your chasm, massaging areas that don't do you any good.

That being said, I've recently forked up another chunk-o-change for the Progasm. It looks significantly larger, and I sure hope it is. Of course, I do not want to calculate my total expenditures on this journey so far. Yes, I'm still smiling. But if it takes much more time, I'll probably die of old age before hitting the O.

Now onto the mod. Earlier on, about a year ago, when I was certain the reason for my failure was due to the pernium abutment on my Classic slipping off point (and, yes, I'm keeping it dry--an old pro here, don't forget), I wondered how I might SIGNIFICANTLY increase the surface area of the abutment to basically put pressure on the entire pernium region--a way that the nerves could not escape underneath the abutment at all. The problem was that my ridge of nerves would just slip right underneath that tab; I could manage to keep it in place maybe for a few precious, mindblowing minutes, but it would always go bye-bye. And holding it in place manually seemed too difficult--and I also would still have trouble keeping it where it needed to be, while relaxing at the same time. My answer was this mod:

Yeah, it does sorta change the entire dynamic of using the device--in other words it presses on the entire pernium region instead of isolating a particular point--but in the case of a big loser like me, this has at least tweaked the Aneros into a hghly enjoyable masturbatory device. So, if your case sounds like mine, give it a try. At least the mod only costs about thirty cents and doesn't permanently alter your device. And if I have luck with the progasm, I'll be sure to let everyone know...oh, that's right you'll hear the cries of relief...and joy...from where you sit now.

Slightly sad, wishing I were made differently, but realistic nontheless,

Kitmo.

That is an interesting and creative modification, I'll have to give it a try sometime for my Helix.

Out of curiousity, you said you've gone three years without a super o, have you at least achieved any mini-os or dry-os in that time frame?

Hi Kitmo!

Looks like an interesting Mod and the price is right! (I have discovered allot of good enhancements by accident or by using available resources) This looks like a "must try" to me???

I'll give it a go, next time I pass by the hardware store...

Thanks, Hlaser
