Dull pain and no erection after session

Hello everyone, I'm new here and am trying to soak up all the great information that has been put together on this forum. I just started using my Helix Syn two weeks ago and believe I'm doing pretty well so far, having experienced some amazing dry orgasms and even starting to get some aneros-less twinges going as well.

So my question/issue is this - a couple days ago I had a good session where I started off with slow breathing, just letting the aneros remain still and this eventually led to a few great orgasms. After the 3rd or 4th I was experimenting with pulling the helix in as far as I could to maximize prostate contact, then relaxing and pushing slightly. This got to be pretty forceful but led to my final O before I had to stop for the evening.
Since then I've been unable to get a good erection at all, and am feeling a bit sore in my groin/prostate area. So I'm assuming I just worked everything too much? I dont think I've done any damage but it would be reassuring to hear from others who might have experienced something similar.

Thanks

@alteredState, its going to be kinda hard to do any damage inside with an aneros device unless your manipulating it manually or maybe sitting on it, which even then I'm not sure. Sounds like you may have just overworked things. Remember those muscles in there you are working are relatively weak and not used to these kinds of work outs. Give it a few days without any aneros use and report back, I'm sure you'll be fine.

@ineverknew, thanks for the encouragement. Actually, I was on my side and back the whole time - that seems to work best for me. I'll give it a few more days' rest and then see how things go from there. It would be great if my dang pecker would come back to life though. very odd.

Not to worry...if the orgasms were as intense as you suggest, you had a great workout with your muscles! Also, as you may recall, separating the penis stimulation from the prostate stimulation is considered a welcome accomplishment...because your body and mind are getting better at focusing only on the prostate excitement and less on the ejaculation sensations...a very good result! Be gentle with yourself...the orgasms, both types, will return with rest and patience! Been there myself my friend and it's a bit disconcerting, but you will recover!

@Theme_Gasm, thanks for your comments. Yes at first it seemed counter-intuitive not to focus on the penile stimulation, but being able to instead enjoy the other internal sensations has been amazing. Plenty yet to learn but I'm looking forward to the "homework"
