I use normal tap water. I do it because otherwise it is inconfortable for me, but I am very sensitive and I often have digestive issues. It is better to not douche if you can avoid it, but try both ways and see if it is worth it for you. It can push out cum for me if I am doing extended SR. It is possible it pushes out precum too but I produce very little precum so I don’t notice.

With partner play, out of respect for the other person, it is important (presence of fecal matter increases risk of uti or other infections, and for most people out there it is just gross).

As is noted in the Aneros WIKI Getting Started chapter, Cleaning your rectum is not necessarily required. Most of the time your rectum is gong to be empty, it is usually only going to contain fecal matter immediately before, during and after (for a short time) a bowel movement. As long as you're regular and you're not 'put off' by dealing with a little fecal residue cleanup, you don't have to perform a rectal flush or enema prior to Aneros use. It is really just a matter of your comfort level.

Ya I can understand it if you not straight but I am for me my digestive system is fine so really next time I don’t think I’ll do it just not for me an didn’t find it made a big deal thanks for the in put guys and for me don’t get me wrong the sensation was nice just couldn’t see myself prepping that much
