Doubing no any orgasm because my body do not know sexual pleasure,and no brain reflex?

Someone told me being virgin is very block to prostate development.
I have only trained too much to rush to mechanical ejaculation due to 14 years masturbation,sometimes I have kept fap for 45 mins and still non-orgasmic ejaculation.And now I think I have lost traditional orgasm.
