I'm sorry to be a lone dissenter here but the Peridise model rarely touches my prostate as far as I can tell (see my comments in the thread So does the peridise actually hit the prostate or not???). The only body position I felt any continuous prostate contact was while in a squatting position, I suppose this position, due to gravity, allows my pelvic organs to be compressed toward the anal orifice getting my prostate to make contact with the Peridise. Your personal anatomy may allow more contact, the only way to know is to try one out.

However, with that being said, I would still encourage you to make the purchase as there are other virtues from this "Tantric swizzle stick". IMHO, the main virtue is healthy exercise for the anal canal muscles. The use of this device will tone, strengthen and add stamina to those all important muscles which power your Helix massager. As @rumel said earlier: it's not supposed to stimulate the prostate but it does to some degree. @fred27 called it a "kiss" - that's just the right word to describe it.

I am a fan of prostate orgasm instead of anal and I could not convince myself judging by the shape of the Peridise and Aneros does not market it as a prostate massager did not help either.

IMHO, you should get the set and give yourself the chance to become a fan of anal orgasms!

Obviously personal anatomy variations will influence the degree of prostate contact with either model. Both models have their pros & cons and it somewhat depends on your intended usage which model will serve your purposes better.

I have same problem with it hanging out when standing and I did not get on well with sitting, uncomfortable. On the side is very good though, I was also put off due to the way it is marketed but read about someone who had more luck with tempo / Peridise than the regular models which can be too big for some.

Anyone else struggling to find the 4 set? In the UK a lot of places say it is discontinued..

I too was on the fence whether to add a Peridise set to my Aneros collection (I just acquired the set of two). I already have the Progasm, Progasm Jr., Helix Syn, and Epho Syn (you can tell I'm a big fan, right)? At any rate, when I started acquiring Aneros massagers I was already experienced with prostate massage and orgasm, and found Kegels unnecessary to achieve the desired results, I essentially was able to just insert the massager and was almost immediately off to the races! Not so with the Peridise, but doing Kegels triggers the most intense orgasms, the massagers are so small and light you can move them a great deal extremely easily, with the most incredible results. Compared to Helix,
I leaked more pre-cum/prostate fluid. Not sure why though.
