Does one size of massagers fit all?

I wonder let's say a man is 5'7 and another man is 7' then how is 1 prostate massager
supposed to hit the prostate in both men? Since they are differently tall their rectums vary
and so their prostates are also not at the exact same point. This worries me. What if you
buy a prostate massager and it simply doesn't hit the prostate right?

I don't think it matters that much because I can orgasm a-less. It may matter more in the beginning when you are learning the sensations though.

I find yes one size does fit all because your body and mind will learn what it likes. Your rectum has many muscles some you can voluntary control and some are involuntary. You can push down as if you are having a bowl movement which moves you internal organs. When your body learns what it likes it will involuntary push/pull and locate your prostate and the various humps and bumps of device of your choice.

There very well may be differences in prostate location in taller vs shorter individuals but the differences truly are minimal even with the heights you describe, so which device you like isn't going to have anything to do with that. Different preferences in devices isn't going to be related to a guys size as much as simply just getting to know his body and what he finds enjoyable. It is possible you may have to try more than one to get a "perfect fit". Enjoy the experimenting and the worst thing is you wind up with a nicely stocked toy box!!

@OMGWTF ... yup man. indeed !

Here's my understanding after 6 years of experience with High Island Health's range of Pro-State and Aneros prostate massage tools:

The 'newer' advanced designs, Helix and Eupho, 'adjust' to a wide range of anal canal lengths as they settle onto the 'bulge' of the prostate. The stem then slides through the outer sphincter which sometimes causes neophyte concern that, "the Helix isn't inside all the way." This "hang-out" is probably greater for shorter men than for NBA professionals.

I think that over time, using just one of these toys a man develops some muscle memory along with a sensory preference. Once relaxed following insertion, that combination of 'prostate sensing' and 'muscle position and tension' (aka Kinesthesia) leads to very rapid positioning of the Helix or Eupho to it's 'base position' for the session. I do find that my neutral or null position tends to vary. Occasionally I have to make a small nudge or hold a bit of muscle bias to position the tool. That drift seems to occur once or twice a year. One of the sages of this forum has conjectured that my enlarged prostate probably changes it's size or shape from time to time.

Now for the other tools (represented by SGX, MGX and the PS-New). These tools seem to be more height dependent and High Island Health recommends the SGX for men under 5'7", the PS-New for men over 5'11" and MGX for everyone in between. At exactly 6-ft. height I'm a bit too tall for the SGX so I have to maintain some static contraction to position the SGX's 'belly' (I call it a 'ventral bulge') on one of prostate's more sensitive contact points. During some SGX sessions I can produce some cool transient dry-Os but they are brief when compared to what I get from Helix, Eupho or even MGX.

I've not yet psyched out how and why I respond to Maximus, Progasm or the ProJr. workin' on it 🙂

@rook

whoa, that was some solid piece of information - my sincere thanks!

I struggled long time with the classic helix and had my major breakthrough with the euphosyn which is slightly longer. I find it esp. interesting what you said about the base tension/neutral postion: for me, the eupho only starts it's magic when I apply some basic tension on it, so it moves to a very specific position. I never deliberated that, but it makes perfect sense now. 🙂

I'm about 5'9'', so our experiences may resemble a bit... can you confirm?

@dunz, I don't see the point of the question. People of the same height have different length noses - go figure! Buy a mid size one and see, then you can go up or down or both, they all work in different ways.

I can tell you, having put my index finger up possibly thousands of mens' bottoms to examine their prostate, that it is always at the tip of my finger in the same place.

Thanks for the replies. After what rook wrote I'd rather get one of the newer models now.
I don't want to spend money on something and then find out it's not working. And it's not even the money itself. What sucks even more is when you spend hours upon hours exercising with a massager and nothing happens. I need something which simply works.

@dunz, be aware that there is no guarantee that any of the models will work. Expectation will also hamper the journey. Sometimes it can take months for your prostate to even notice an Aneros. You may even find that it takes a number different Aneros tools to get the prostate going.
The money will not be wasted. You may eventually find that the one you first buy, that doesn't seem to work, is the one that triggers what you want. I think a lot depends on where your nerves on the back of the prostate are located. Yes, buy a newer type and start the journey.

This discussion interests me because I have used my newer ICE for a few weeks now and went back to the helix sized knock-off to compare. I was more comfortable with the smaller Helix-type inside me. Not sure what that means, if anything.

Also, I am very concerned that the outer curled up handle isn't hitting my perenium as I need it to

. I don't know if there is any advice anyone can give me except to keep on working with it and see what happens. However, I am very open to counsel and suggestions as to how to maximize my Aneros experience.

One important thing I noticed. I feel so good after using it.... much better than a normal masturbation/edging session after orgasm. I appreciate all this input because it really does help me.

Thanks and Cheers to all.

Maybe its time to look into different toys. I still use my Aneros products but I would be lying to say they're my favorites.

They will all work but so,e will work better than others, smaller devices on smaller men are going to be better and I find this is true of me.
