I've still yet to experience a super O and have only ever gotten my prostate to turn 'on' as in becoming super sensitive and pleasurable by manually moving the aneros. And it usually takes me an hour + to just get to that point. But whenever I have a bowel movement my prostate turns 'on' almost immediately without any type of arousal beforehand. It's so pleasurable that it's hard to even finish wiping because it feels so good. I wish there was a way to do that when I wasn't in the process of taking a crap. Maybe that's the rewiring everyone is talking about.

Joking apart, since re-wiring my own bowel movements mostly turn on my own prostate, at least I feel a light buzzing down there. IMHO your greater awareness of your inner sensations indeed is to rate as a sign of your ongoing re-wiring. Why not finish wiping to immediately begin a session to profit from your arousal? Yep! all the time. Even sitting does it though, all the time and every day! glad im not the onnly one
