Depends on your experience. But with time and patience, generally everything is possible. For a beginner I think the circumference is a bit too big. Regarding the length: your rectum is shorter than that and has a sharp turn where it connects with the colon. Unfortunately, you don't have much sensitive nerves there so be carefull and don't force things even if there is no pain. The sharp turn/loop is hold by you levator-ani/pc -muscles, so relaxing them helps to unfold and straighten this curve. Time is the key again.

If you want to use a dildo like the aneros you need something plug-ish, with a defined neck that can be hold by your sphincter. There are some dildos that fill this gap between classic plug and natural dildo.

I never really liked this when I used it, it never gave me an orgasm and always wound up feeling a bit uncomfortable.
