Man. Wow! I has session #2 this afternoon. I used the tips outlined in this post. Wow! Not sure how you would classify it but, body shaking, insides quivering, heart pounding and wanting to scream but the kids were home. Great information on how and what to feel. Accelerated my learning curve for sure!

I had a hunch that the one aspect I lean on the most — visualisations, is a discouraged approached. But your OP is an interesting point. The craziest orgasm I had was a result of focusing on the sensations and letting it provide fantasies rather than fantasies providing sensations. The following day I was still feeling wobbly and weird because the orgasm was so intense. (That, or it all might have simply been a chemical rush)

Think I tried to replicate it a few times, but it's ultimately felt like a one-time only trick.
I'll try remaining as still as possible next time.

I tried the tricks detailed in this last night, and all I can say is thank you! Had my first dry o in forever, and was woken up 2 hours before my alarm to a nice, constant pleasure! Can't wait to see what happens as I focus on that pressure while keeping my eyes open!

I'm a long time user and I've never once, ever felt anything approaching an 'ache' of any kind. I feel somewhat disheartened. Everyone gets this 'ache' then?

I have, while using the Progasm. I didn't care for it. It wasn't extremely painful, but I didn't like the ache.... I might try again but I dunno.

What a wonderful thread! I have experienced a variety of prostate "aches" as well, some bordering on uncomfortable.. Some I would describe as a "tickle" or a "twinge". The ones that are strongest usually signal to me that something bigger is about to happen with the prostate, i.e., some type of orgasm. They are not really painful and you learn to interpret them as pleasure not pain. I usually just "ride" the stronger ones out, perhaps temporarily stopping contractions for a while. Sometimes, however, my contractions seem to go off entirely on "automatic pilot" and the frequency and strength just take off on their own. The anticipation when this occurs can lead to a mind-blowing orgasm!
