Do I need a larger size?

I bought the Aneros several years ago when they only had one model, not sure if it's the SGX or MSX or discontinued model because it is so old. In any case, I've never gotten any results from it. I have probably a couple hundred attempts. Actually, I find the p-tab a bit uncomfortable; not painful but definitely annoying. I also have a Prostate Cradle and have not gotten any results with it either. In fact, if I sit on it for more than 20 minutes my genitals go completely numb, but I suppose that's not relevant here. I recall during a physical exam my GP stating that my prostate was rather small (I believe he was trying to convey that it was healthy) . So my question is, would a larger size help?

That is probably the one I have which they call PS-New also called Classic. Picture here: http://www.highisland.com/products.php

I didn't get anything out of it until I started reading here and the info wiki and convinced myself that this would work for me if I got serious and learned how. Practice makes a lot of difference for me and I am really happy I persevered. I don't think a larger size will make a difference for you at this point.

I was already making great progress in rewiring with smaller models, but wanted to experience the larger one in order to feel like it was a real cock. Starting with the Progasm-Ice and then Max, that certainly was true, altho i get pleasure from all models, and i have almost all. The Vice has the same effect, but i sure like the HelixSyn. Those are about the only 2 i use anymore, and not very often because i experience unending dry prostate orgasms without aneros in.

OK, now it's a year later and I have the Helix Syn but still do not experience any kind of good sensation at all. Nothing bad, but just not pleasurable.

I saw the the new model (DeVice) is kind of an active model, meaning that you can wear it while sitting, walking or pretty much anywhere. Anyone think if I wear this one for periods of longer than I am able to now with the Syn, that i may start to finally feel something?

In my own journey, I have found that the amount of time of an Aneros session does not seem to effect the intensity. At this point, I find the best part of a session for me personally is within the first twenty minutes. Also achieving orgasmic feelings don't really occur while engaged in activities, but when I am very relaxed but rather alert.

I began years ago with the original Helix. It felt good, but I didn't really get much from it. A few month later I purchased the original Progasm model. It made a world of difference! You read a lot on the forums that because of the Progasm's size, it's recommended for advanced users. For me personally, the larger size actually helped me to learn what I was missing. Since then I have worked back down to smaller size models with good success.

If it's a larger size model you're thinking of trying, I would recommend a Progasm Ice model over the Vice.

I tried the Progasm Ice and it didn't seem to make any difference. I've been at this for several years (and probably should have given up by now) and am just searching for something that will convey any kind of sensation. I thought the extended wear time of the Vice (as well as the ability to wear it in positions other than just lying down) might help.

@rtisticlicense, you may be surprised to find out that the larger models like device and progasm will pop out if you try to walk with them in, the smaller models will stay put more easily. Not sure why that it is, but definitely my experience and others I've heard on here.

That can be alleviated by wearing briefs or boxer-briefs to hold them in; going freebird (boxers) is no better than commando, and I highly doubt that a thong would hold it in place at all.
