i know the helix syn is the generally advised 1st toy to start with, but having used toys bigger than the progasm i dont need to start smaller

it 'seems' the progasm brings a better sensation than the helix syn, so i want to go straight to the progasm

but i wanted to hear from others who started with the progasm as their 1st/only toy and whether you regret it or not

as i can only buy one aneros toy

- also , has anyone achieved pleasurable feelings and/or orgasm without doing kegal contractions conciously yourself?

or is i essential to do these 'butt clenching' exercises in order to get the pleasurable sensations?
