Diabetes

Hi people it's good to be on this site, here is my problem. I have diabetes, plus high blood pressure, and severe nerve damage to my back. All of this has naturally caused severe depression. I haven't had a orgasm in 9 years, and i am unable to get a erection, I know this is normal considering my health plus the medicine that I have to take everything is against me.
