Just wondering how long it takes for tracking to appear because I keep getting told I should be getting live updates as it's scanned on pickup? Ordered last Wednesday, chased up things DHL say they have yet to be handed package and it should have arrived within 2 days of sending and support has told me it was sent.

Only reason I ordered Direct from aneros was because I wanted to support their work. Kinda worried I've spent allot of money with nothing to show for it 🙁

turns out despite a few emails asking for update that my order had been cancelled on the 1st... thanks to the whole Trident launch delay, my next issue is how to claim back import charges.... l wish l knew before l paid them as l had no email telling me my order was cancelled, which lm pretty unhappy about.. guess this is what happens when l try to support the site who makes something l enjoy using.
