I am having difficulty trying to explain the aneros to another.

It is indeed difficult to explain the Aneros journey as there are so many facets to the experience. Rather than try to explain them all by yourself it might be best to direct your lady friend to read from the archived Learning Center post ANEROS EXPERIENCE and from the Aneros WIKI section on The Super-O, then be there to answer specific questions.

In my case, I would add that I find that the external prostate massage offered by the P-tab is very instrumental in providing the feedback "loop" necessary for intense prostate orgasms. That is why it needs to be in the correct position before starting a session.
