Deep breathing to trigger a super-O

Last night I began another session after 4 days of non-use. I was using the 'do nothing' technique that has been working great. I lay on my right side, right leg mostly extended and left leg bend on top. Very comfortable. I was at a little over an hour into the sessions and major p-waves were hitting. Usually at this point I just keep relaxed, close my eyes and fantasize about something sexual and the super-O happens within the next 30-40 minutes (usually).

I decided to try a heavy breathing technique that almost worked months ago. I stared at a random object on the wall and began heavy full in and out slightly fast breathing. Within 2 minutes the super-O hit and hit hard!

Anyone else done it like that?

At some point, with some experience and properly charged, just anything works.

I had something similar - recall breathing heavily and allowing myself to somewhat moan as loud as I wanted. Saying that, it could simply have been the result of a huge orgasm rather than a contributor towards one.

I read some time ago that heavy breathing (i.e., hyperventilating) at the onset of orgasm, can enhance them. I tried it once, and found it works VERY WELL. I've been happily doing it ever since.

I do the exact opposite and it works too (even much better for me).

Hard to make rules without all the small details and the physical differences between different people, different times and all.

Breathing deeply not only relaxes(which is essential to experiencing Super Os) but also puts more energy into the area you're focusing on, I noticed that when I was learning the Micro Cosmic Orbit.
And as DarkEngine noted, allowing yourself to moan(on the out breath) intensifies things as well. I think as men we're wired to react to slutty moans even if it's yourself doing the moaning, intensifying the arousal which in turn intensifies the (super) orgasm

Moaning and vocalising tends to tighten the diaphragm muscles and this in turn, presses the Aneros against the prostate, thus increasing the orgasmic sensations. My greatest orgasm sensation is the slow rhythmic contraction, as experienced in ejaculation, where the PC muscle contractions are felt right up to my penis top. This can go on for 3to5 minutes. Then I need to relax....and start again. I'm left feeling awesome and very happy!
